中学生が警察に火炎瓶投げる、4人を逮捕・岩手県
盛岡西署は24日、火炎瓶を同署に投げたなどとして、火炎瓶処罰法違反（使用）の疑いで、盛岡市の公立中学3年の男子生徒4人（いずれも15）を逮捕した。
4人は「警察を慌てさせて、世の中を騒がせようとした」と話しているという。
調べでは、生徒4人は24日午前3時ごろ、盛岡西署（盛岡市青山）前の道路の向かい路上から同署にめがけて火を付けた火炎瓶を投げるなどした疑い。火炎瓶は警察の敷地には届かず、燃えなかったという。
生徒4人は23日夜から遊んでいて、透明なガラス瓶にガソリンのような液体を入れて瓶の口を布でふさいで火炎瓶を2本製造。警察に火炎瓶を投げた後、2、300メートル離れたマンション駐車場で残りの火炎瓶に火を付けた。
署員が署の前でガラス瓶が割れるのを聞いて駆けつけ、逃げていく4人を見つけ、周辺を捜査していた。
