ベルギー・ウェストフレテレン/Westvleteren, Belgium ヨーロッパ・ビア紀行2008春/Beer Trip in Europe

今回のベルギー滞在中、どうしても行きたかった所。それはベルギー南西部にある小〜さな町（村？）「ウェストフレテレン」！！！
ここの修道院では世界に７つしかないトラピストビールの内の一つが醸造されているのだ。しかもこの「ウェストフレテレン」は製造量も少なく、なかなか手に入りにくいモノ。しかも醸造される３種類のうちの「１２」は世界のビール愛好家にも絶賛される代物！トラピストビール・ファンとしては試さずにベルギーを離れる事はありえない！！という訳でまたまたブリュッセルからの日帰り旅。
Westvleteren, a small town (or more like a village??) located in the South-west of Belgium, is one of the places where I really wanted to visit this time. There is another monastery where brews the most popular Trappist beer among beer-lovers around the world. They make 3 kinds of beer, but the production of each is very limited, so it is not easy to find their beer outside of the region. As a big fan of Trappist beer, I really wanted to taste "Westvleteren Brown 12".
